How to buy?

To be able to buy at www.agnmodelworks.com, it will be necessary to register, you only just have to follow the purchase steps and complete the shipping form and register.

You  will add as many items as you wish to his shopping cart.

Then, you will validate these steps and the shipping address will be requested.

The price includes shipping fees?

We offer free shipping costs for Spain in orders over 80€, for orders below the shipping costs will be those listed in the table included in the section Shipping and Returns.

Guarantees

Transport guarantee: All our shipments travel covered by an insurance of 100% of the value of the merchandise. Remember that you have 24 hours to make the claim if your order has suffered transportation damage. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to send us an email to agnmodelworks@gmail.com

Product Warranty: The warranty only covers defects produced by manufacturing.

To benefit from the guarantee of the products, you need the purchase invoice.

Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours of receiving the goods, except those derived from manufacturing errors.
